SlickText Help Center

What if a Subscriber Changes Their Mobile Number or the Phone Line Goes Out of Service?

SlickText is prepared to help weed out invalid phone numbers from your text list. You may find over your course of time using mass texting, subscribers can and do change their phone numbers. So what happens to those old mobile numbers?

SlickText has a built in "Self Scrubbing Database" feature which smartly identifies when a number is no longer valid. In this case, the word "invalid" means the number is no longer able to receive text messages.

How does this benefit you?

The benefits for using the built-in self scrubbing database feature are that you no longer need to remove invalid numbers manually. Also, no text messages are wasted against your monthly allotment. With less texts being used, that's more money in your pocket.

You will also receive, as part of your analytics for any given textword, the count for the numbers that were cleaned out. Just head over to your account, click on analytics on the home page, and click on the textword you would like to see the analytics for.

Pretty cool, eh?

You're in excellent hands. We work with some of the world's greatest companies.
