What analytics should I pay close attention to?

As a business owner, you should always make sure to be in close touch with your campaign analytics. If you don't understand how your campaigns are performing, then you won't know how to effectively communicate with your subscribers.

In general, we recommend you keep a close eye on these statistics.

  1. The number of opt ins (people joining your list)
  2. The number of opt outs (people unsubscribing from your list)he 
  3. The number of current/active subscribers

All three of these statistics are incredibly important, and will help you become more proficient at text message marketing.
