Rollover texts are unused credits on your monthly or annual plan. These can be used for one term following your billing date. Monthly plans include one month of rollover texts. Annual plans include one year of rollover texts.

As a SlickText user, you never have to be concerned about surprise charges. We’ll give you a heads up if you’re running low on credits so you can adjust your plan as needed.

SlickText offers four sending options: 10DLC (10-digit long code) numbers, toll-free numbers, short codes, and RCS (rich communications services).

• A toll-free number is a 10-digit number that starts with a toll-free area code such as 833.
• A 10DLC number is a 10-digit number with a local area code.
• A short code is a 5 or 6-digit number designed for high-volume messaging.
• RCS is a premium messaging experience that makes your business instantly recognizable on customers' phones.

Not sure which option is right for you? Our team can help you choose the best sending number based on your messaging goals, audience size, and use case.

Each message credit is equal to one industry standard SMS message segment to one subscriber. An SMS message segment contains 160 characters. An MMS (message sent with an image or other supported file types) consumes 3 message credits per segment. However, an MMS message segment can contain up to 1,600 characters.

During your free trial, you’ll get 14 days to experience every feature. There’s no credit card required and you can upgrade at any time.

These fees vary based on the type of number you’re sending from, what country you’re sending in, and whether a message is an SMS or MMS message. We pass these fees through to you at no additional markup. You can learn more about carrier fees and how they work here.

Taxes will be included where appropriate.
