Ever heard of Zingle? If not, you should check it out. It’s a mobile messaging system that helps streamline the communication process between a business and its customers. And this is just one example. Traveling out of town, and flying solo at a hotel? Got a question about restaurants nearby? Need some recommendations from the front desk? Simply send a text message with your specific request.
On July 22, 2016, news hit that Zingle raised 3 million dollars for messaging improvements. This includes streamlining the functionality of the current version, as well as researching development for improvements down the road. To be more specific, Zingle’s CEO said he plans to use the venture funding to “invest further in product to make sure we are providing the most current, forward-thinking customer messaging platform for all our customers.”
Zingle recently confirmed a global partnership with Hyatt. They also have mentioned joining hands with several hotel CRM software providers, but this has yet to be officially confirmed. In addition, they currently have relationships with Marriot, Zipcar, Subway, MGM Resorts, Crowne Plaza, and Whole Foods.
As of now, they have 110k monthly active business users and have been used by 2.2 million consumers nationwide. Zingle boasts real time analytics, streamlined integrations, intelligent notifications, and automated responses.
