How Do I Change the Timezone On My Account?

SlickText currently supports all North American Timezones. Setting your timezone allows you to schedule messages and view date / time related data in your local time. To change your account's timezone:

  1. Click on the circle profile icon in the upper right hand corner of your dashboard and select "My Account"
  2. On the next page, on the left side of your screen, click "Timezone" and make the appropriate selection.
  3. Click "Save Timezone" to save your changes.

All dates and time stamps within your account will automatically change to reflect your newly selected timezone.


IMPORTANT: Any previously scheduled messages, contests or drip campaigns will also reflect your new timezone selection so we recommend you review the times to ensure they are correct.
