How Can I Receive Notifications On My Mobile App?

As of October 5th, 2018, our mobile app for iOS and Android both support notifications for key events that happen within your SlickText account. Currently, we support email, SMS and app notifications for the following events:

  1. New subscribers
  2. New inbox messages
  3. New survey completions
  4. New contest winners chosen
  5. Messages that have failed to send

In order to receive notifications from our mobile app, you must have the latest version of the app downloaded (V1.1 or greater), mobile app notifications enabled in your dashboard, and be logged into your SlickText account on the app. To enable push notifications in your account, simply click on your name at the top right of your account. Then click on notifications. From here, simply turn on app notifications and select which you would like to receive.
