Do You Support Two-Factor Authentication?

Yes, two-factor authentication is supported for all SlickText accounts including all sub-accounts / team members.

Two-factor authentication, also known as 2FA or dual factor auth, provides an additional layer of security for your SlickText account by requiring your subscribers to confirm a unique pin code that is sent to your mobile device each time you log in. This helps to prevent unauthorized people from accessing your account as it requires you to have your mobile device handy in order to login.

To enable two-factor authentication follow these steps:

  1. Log into your SlickText account.
  2. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard and select "My Account".
  3. On the left-hand side of the next page, select "Two-Factor Auth".
  4. Enable the feature by turning the switch on and then saving your settings.

Note: If you have any team members / sub accounts with their own logins, this will force them to begin using two-factor authentication as well and require all future sub accounts that are created to provide a mobile number. If past sub accounts that were created don't have a valid mobile number on file, they will need to add one before two-factor auth will be enabled for them.

You're in excellent hands. We work with some of the world's greatest companies.
