Can I Respond to My Subscribers' Messages?
You can respond to incoming messages from a subscriber using SlickText's Inboxing Feature. This feature has to be manually switched on by the account holder. With our two way messaging / inboxing feature, you can store incoming texts in an inbox and chat with subscribers on a thread by thread basis. It's very much like an email inbox. To enable this feature...
- Login to your SlickText account.
- Click your user icon in the upper right hand corner of your browser.
- Select My Account.
- Click Inboxing on the left hand side.
- Switch Inbox Status to on, then hit Save Inbox Settings.
People will now be able to respond to your campaigns and engage you in 2 way chat. Please note that only your subscribers can initiate a chat conversation with you, and they may only do so once they're a subscriber.
