Can I get the names and numbers of people who opt out?

Found in: Compliance

No, we cannot provide this information. Opting out from a list is an anonymous private act. This prevents further harassment. Providing this information is considered bad practice, and further communication after they opt out would be considered against compliance.

If they opted out, it was for a reason. To prevent opt outs, we always recommend you stay informed by reviewing your detailed campaign analytics, improving your outbound message quality, and follow all SMS marketing best practices.

Remember, if you attempt to contact subscribers after they've opted out, this could result in heavy legal ramifications. Don't put yourself in a sticky situation. They opted out for a reason, leave it at that.
