What is a website widget?
A website widget is a little snippet of code that you can copy & paste into a webpage that allows visitors to sign up for you text marketing / SMS marketing list right there on your website. It's yet another easy way for you to build up your text messaging list!
To create a website widget...
To generate your website widget, click the "help me grow my list" button on the dashboard homepage.
On the next page, simply click the "Create Web Sign Up Widget" button from the list on the center of the page.
You'll then be taken to the page where you'll create your widget. You have two different choices when creating your website widget.
You can choose to include a dropdown list of all your textwords so your visitors can choose which list they sign up for.
You can also specify which textword the widget signs them up for which doesn't give them the option to choose.
After you've made your selection, a box will appear with your HTML website code snippet. Simple copy that code and paste it anywhere on your website that you'd like to put it.
NOTE: If you're going to use the code snippet on Facebook or any other site that uses HTTPS, you must change the http://www.slicktext... in the code snippet to https://www.slicktext...
