Are Textwords Case Sensitive?

They are not! When you reserve a textword, we automatically force it to appear in lowercase on your textword page. This is to help distinguish between numbers and letters which look similar. Textwords are however character sensitive, meaning any spaces or characters must be included when using the text to join option. So go on, grab your word or phrase, but beyond that don’t worry about a thing.

Example 1:  DEMO, Demo, demo

These would all be considered the same textword and recognized in the system as such.

Example 2:  Slick Text, SlickText

These would be considered two different textwords because of the space separating the word. Because of this we recommend capturing 1-word textwords which represent your business or product.
